About Briana Global
Who can open an account?+

Account applications are subject to eligibility, jurisdictional restrictions and successful verification.

Applicants must generally be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter the applicable Terms. Applications from eligible juristic persons may also be considered where properly authorized.

What information may I need to provide when opening an account?+

As part of the onboarding and verification process, Briana Global may request information and documentation including:

Proof of identity

Proof of residential address

Source-of-funds information

Source-of-wealth information, where required

Additional documents may be requested depending on the circumstances and the Company's risk-based due-diligence requirements.

Can my application be declined?+

Yes. Account opening is subject to Briana Global' onboarding, compliance and risk-assessment requirements. An application may be accepted, declined or made subject to additional information or verification.

Category 02 · Client Classification

What is the difference between a Retail Client and a Professional Client?+

Clients are classified as either Retail or Professional.

Retail Clients are the default category and receive the highest level of protection under the applicable Terms. Eligible and sufficiently experienced clients may request Professional Client classification, subject to assessment and approval.

Client Classification
Can I request Professional Client status?+

Yes. A client may request Professional classification where they can demonstrate sufficient experience, knowledge and expertise to understand and assess the risks involved.

Professional status is not automatic and remains subject to Briana Global' assessment.

Does Negative Balance Protection apply to everyone?+

Negative Balance Protection applies to Retail Clients, subject to the conditions and exclusions set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Professional Clients may not benefit from Negative Balance Protection unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Category 03 · Deposits & Withdrawals

How can I fund my trading account?+

Available funding methods may include:

Bank transfer

Debit or credit card

Supported e-wallets

Supported crypto-asset transfers for funding purposes

Availability, limits and processing requirements may vary by payment method.

Can I deposit funds from someone else's bank account or card?+

Generally, no.

Deposits and withdrawals must normally use a payment method or account held in the client's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not accepted unless Briana Global expressly agrees otherwise in accordance with its applicable requirements.

How long do deposits and withdrawals take?+

Processing times vary depending on the payment method, verification status, banking or payment-provider processing and, where relevant, blockchain network conditions.

The applicable estimated processing times are displayed on the Deposits & Withdrawals page.

Why might my withdrawal require additional verification?+

Briana Global may request updated identity, address, source-of-funds or other verification information before processing a withdrawal.

A withdrawal may also be delayed or declined where required for compliance, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or regulatory purposes.

Where will my withdrawal be sent?+

Where reasonably practicable, withdrawals are returned to the original payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was received.

Can I use crypto-assets to fund my account?+

Where supported, crypto-assets may be used as a funding and settlement method.

This is separate from trading Crypto-Asset CFDs and does not mean that Briana Global provides investment custody, wallet or crypto-exchange services.

Category 04 · Trading & Orders

What products can I trade through Briana Global?+

Eligible clients may access CFDs referencing selected underlying markets such as:

Forex

Market indices

Commodities

Shares

Crypto-assets

The instruments actually available are displayed through the Platform.

Markets
Do I own the underlying asset when trading a CFD?+

No. A CFD provides exposure to changes in the price of an underlying asset but does not give the client ownership, voting, delivery, custody or other proprietary rights in that underlying asset.

Does Briana Global provide investment advice?+

No. Services are provided on an execution-only basis. Briana Global does not manage client portfolios or make trading decisions on behalf of clients. Clients are responsible for their own trading decisions.

How are my orders executed?+

Briana Global operates as Straight-Through Processing (STP) model. Orders placed through the Briana Global platform are transmitted to third-party Liquidity Providers for execution. Briana Global does not act as principal counterparty to Client Transactions.

RegulationOrder Execution Policy
Why might my execution price differ from the price I requested?+

Market prices can change between the time an order is submitted and the time it is executed. Volatility, market gaps, liquidity and execution conditions may result in slippage, meaning the final execution price may be better or worse than the requested price.

Does a Stop-Loss guarantee that I will exit at the exact price selected?+

No. Stop-Loss Orders are designed to manage risk, but they do not guarantee execution at the exact specified price. During volatile or gapping markets, the position may be executed at the next available price.

Category 05 · Leverage & Margin

What is leverage?+

Leverage allows you to obtain market exposure by committing only a portion of the total notional value of a position as margin. Leverage magnifies both potential gains and potential losses.

Is the same leverage available for every instrument?+

No. Available leverage may vary depending on the instrument, market conditions, client classification and applicable requirements. It may also be reduced during periods of increased volatility or reduced liquidity.

What happens if my margin level becomes too low?+

Clients are responsible for maintaining sufficient margin to support their open positions. If the account's margin level falls below the applicable threshold, some or all positions may be closed through the relevant Liquidity Provider.

Leverage & Margin

Category 06 · Fees & Charges

What costs may apply when I trade?+

Depending on the instrument and account activity, costs may include:

Spreads

Commissions, where applicable

Overnight financing

Funding or withdrawal-related charges

Third-party charges

Applicable costs are disclosed through the Platform where relevant.

Can spreads change?+

Yes. Spreads may change depending on market liquidity, volatility, the instrument being traded and pricing received from Liquidity Providers.

Are there fees for deposits or withdrawals?+

Fees may apply depending on the payment method and applicable arrangements. Banks, card issuers, payment providers, currency-conversion providers or blockchain networks may also impose their own charges independently of Briana Global.

Is there an inactivity fee?+

An inactivity fee may apply where an account has had no qualifying trading activity or client-initiated transaction for the applicable period. Any applicable conditions are disclosed through the Platform.

Category 07 · Trading Platforms

How can I access the Briana Global trading platform?+

Clients can access the available trading environment through the supported:

Web Trading Platform

Mobile Trading App

The available functionality may vary by interface, device and instrument.

Do I need to install software to use the Web Trading Platform?+

The Web Trading Platform is browser-based and is intended to provide access without requiring separate desktop software installation.

What should I do if I cannot access my account or platform?+

Check your internet connection and login details first. If the issue continues, contact support@brianaglobal.com for assistance. Electronic trading depends on internet connectivity, software, hardware and third-party infrastructure, and interruptions may occasionally affect access or execution.

Category 08 · Risk & Client Protection

Can I lose money when trading CFDs?+

Yes. CFDs are leveraged products and involve a significant risk of loss. A client may lose some or all the funds deposited into the trading account. Leverage increases the impact that movements in the underlying market have on the value of a position.

Risk Disclosure Statement
Are client funds segregated?+

Briana Global takes reasonable steps to segregate Client Money from its own operational funds in accordance with applicable requirements. Segregation is an important control but does not eliminate all institutional or counterparty risk.

Regulation
Are profits guaranteed?+

No. Briana Global does not guarantee that trading will be profitable, and past performance of a market, strategy or previous trading activity is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Category 09 · Complaints & Support

For general or account-related queries: support@brianaglobal.com

For regulatory or compliance queries: compliance@brianaglobal.com

For formal complaints: complaints@brianaglobal.com

How do I make a formal complaint?+

Formal complaints should be submitted through the designated complaints channel or complaints webform so that they can be recorded, investigated and tracked.
